When I was in elementary school, I felt that my English name was very strange and uncommon, my teacher always forgot or misspelled my name, so I changed my name to Linda for a while, and then was forced to change back by my mother.

Does your name ever give you any funny, embarrassing, or uncomfortable experiences?

In junior high school, I have a very good relationship with my English teacher. One time I was found crying at school because of something, and my teacher gave me a note and chocolate after school, the note begin with “Youlanda,.....” I was very grateful when I received it. But I still texted my teacher that my name is actually Yolanda, and the next day my teacher gave me another chocolate to apologize.
