I changed Francis to the nickname version, Frankie, because I don’t really like the actor Francis Ng.

Basically no, except for the occasional request to repeat when making a restaurant reservation in Japan

Now I kinda prefer my English name more, since it is more convenient to use in a foreign company. Also, I feel it is more intimate to be called Frankie.
